The money raised over the years has been split between French and British Cancer Charities including Cancer Research UK the Sebastian's Action Trust and the Ligue Nationale Contre le Cancer
The massive La Tania Charity Day in aid of Cancer charities in the UK and France takes place in April every year with fancy dress, live bands, BBQ, outside bar, raffles, auctions, silly games, Harley Davidson rides, the annual egg eating competition, the Saisonnaires poll winners and the mad ski race / procession of floats down La Troika. It all takes place from 1pm in the centre of resort outside Pub Le Ski Lodge.
