World Cup Summer Ski Jumping

Le Praz - 14th August 2005

Another excuse for a La Tania Party

The Summer World Cup Ski Jumping at Le Praz on Sunday saw 18 year old Austrian, Thomas Morgenstern win his first individual World Cup competition with 2 jumps of 127 metres.

That's 127 metres landing on plastic grass - a real man or what?

Meanwhile in La Tania....

Rain, Sun, Rain Sun, go to Le Praz for a BBQ or crash Tim and Debbie's backyard??? Hmmmm Crash it was! Children running riot, Emily peeing in the back of the playhouse, food time, nap time, change a nappie - yes please I need another glass of red wine.

Murphy's back and Archie the new pup ate everything you left for even a second! 4 labs in one place? The F&F's were in good form. Still scratching their heads and wondering where all the children came from!

The carnage continued onto the Le Praz Ski Jump Ball. Unfortunately no photos were taken as nobody was capable of operating a camera. The line on the jump was looked at longingly and for a moment you thought that it was going to happen but rain and too much drink won the contest.

I was surfing the crowd on the speaker box with wheels, Phil was bouncing of the tent walls, Becks wanted to just dance, Sandy wanted to just drink and Bru was on standby (kinda) just in case the call came for the third time!

Hee hee Another great night in La Tania.
